![]() Although we only had breakfast we were not sure what to expect. If we were to give one critique it would be not having the menu for the meals posted. They were even trying to think of ways to get people out and enjoy the property. ![]() Even with Covid affecting everything they made us smile and feel like family. Savannah made every attempt to make our stay special and memorable, same with the rest of the staff. As Fall starts to roll in we were hoping the staff would have a fire and they did not disappoint, we enjoyed warm conversation and even learned a little more about the property. When a few other guests roamed near the door they were quicky informed there was massage in session so that it didn't disrupt us. The staff opened the back doors to get a little breeze, and to let the natural sounds relax us. We highly recommend it, the prices were not bad for a 90min session. It was the perfect filler for a relaxing day. We had a couples massage in the spa for 90min. The day of, during our car ride in the Staff checked in on our progress which was surprising and refreshing as they wanted us to know about dinner reservations and gave us a number to txt if we had questions or wanted to order anything to our room. The prior to check in emails kepts us up to date with our itinery. The King size sleigh bed has a down pillow topper, but the mattress is firm, the perfect feel to get lost in at night. The 2 person jacuzzi tub is perfect to soak in. Dark browns, sage walls add a warm feel to the room. TVs have NETFLIX AMAZON Prime and Hulu.There is a gas fireplace which is Off till Nov. We stayed in one of the loft rooms "Nepoleon", out the gate the room is spacious with a small TV downstairs a larger one upstairs. It was nice to know that it was an adults only B&B. You have to look at reviews that are real, because the owner tries to sink the bad reviews with fake good ones. If you read reviews on BBB and google they don’t give any refunds. For one night stay with no massage, terrible dinner and a 20 dollar bottle of wine was 1500.00. They charged a 65 fee for a spa service fee on top of 365.00 for couples massage the I didn’t get. They charge you over 140 fee to pay the clerk to clean your room. The fireplace didn’t work, the fan was loud and broke in the bathroom, The toilet ran and wouldn’t flush every time. ![]() The room was terrible….nothing like online pictures. ![]() The waitress dumped a full glass of ice water down my husbands back. The bread was stale, the desert was a hard store bought muffin with chocolate syrup pour on top. I told her that was included in my package anyway. She said she brought it to smooth the problem with the massage therapist not showing. She later brought the wine after I complained about not getting my massage. The flowers were store bought bouquet, just small tea light candles, no wine and chocolates. I paid over 400 for a anniversary package which included dinner, flowers, chocolates, wine and lit candles upon arrival. I asked for a refund for my service and they refused. Innkeeper charged my card the remaining bill and then told me my massage therapist didn’t show. Very unprofessional and aggressive staff. ![]()
